Delivery of electronic data can be through various methods according to what best suits your needs. If you choose CD, DVD or Internet delivery there is no equipment or software cost to you. If you have more than one location each requiring access to information, the Internet may be your best solution. Other options we can assist with include setting up multiple offices to scan information transmitting to a central location. Scanning can be for archival purposes, immediate access to significant information, reducing manual labor costs and duplication and storage space. Consulting: Compliance and security are huge issues in any business today. We will analyze your work flow process by taking steps to understand your business, your challenges and opportunities. We take this information in conjunction with your IT setup and offer solutions that would increase production, allow easy access to files and provide significant cost savings with a return on investment in months or even weeks. We will prioritize compliance to regulations both internally and externally with the highest security. Executing the course of action will include presenting the plan to end users, management and other relevant personnel so everyone understands the process. You will receive a written plan outlining project, tasks, time lines and measures along with supplying a vehicle for customer feedback throughout the process. Training is a key factor together with support. We help you make decisions that are in your best interest. Our goal is to serve our customers with excellence while maintaining an on-going relationship that enhances the capability of our customer. CD/DVD Duplication: Using the highest quality duplicating system we can duplicate CD's or DVD's at a reasonable expense. We also use a high-tech thermal printer to burn the labels on the output device that is no smudge, won't come off with water, or cause jams in computer like a paper label could. We can duplicate as many as you need using premium quality CD and DVD's. Microfilming: Microfilm remains to be a great choice for long term archival of paper documents. It is secure, inexpensive and will last 500 years if properly stored. The microfilm used meets all ANSI, Federal and State Requirements for archival life and is covered by Kodak's free Disaster Recovery Program. We ensure the highest quality film output by using state-of-the-art rotary and planetary cameras and the highest standards for the developing of the film. Microfilm is available for several types of documents including greenbar, cad files, raster and hybrid files, newspaper, maps, drawings and schematics along with typical business documents. Film can be delivered in a variety of formats including roll, ANSI clip, 3M cartridge or jackets. Aperature Cards: Today the aperture card remains a valuable tool especially wherever large format engineering drawings are used. Our conversion software will deskew, crop and enhance the images. Engineering Drawings: We scan large format engineering drawings with state-of-the-art high production scanners. We can take the information on the drawing and index it for searchable ease. We can convert the engineering documents to microfilm or electronic format. Microfiche: We offer microfiche scanning as well as CD or DVD conversion of film. In most cases the converted data is better quality than the original. The data can be indexed for easy searching and retrieval. |
