Atlanta, Georgia, December 8, 2006 The document scanning assets of Creative Document Solutions were purchased by Aventure Works, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Since 2001, Aventure Works has provided information technology services to its customers. In announcing the purchase, Aventure Works also announced the formation of i Cycle, LLC, a joint venture between itself and a private investor, as the vehicle through which it will focus its energies on the growing document management and workflow consulting industries. The purchase enables i Cycle, LLC to commence providing document scanning and related services throughout North America. |
